Trash Valet Equivalent to $32 to $50 an hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Trash Valet at apartment, condo, and townhouse complexes around the Arizona valley. The role involves collecting tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and taking them to the dumpster or onsite compactor. This position starts as early as 7 PM and requires maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the designated dumpster or compactor area.
• Ensure no mess is left behind during trash collection.
• Walk up and down stairs quietly while carrying trash bags.
• Take pictures and submit daily reports via email using a smartphone.

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for more than 2 hours.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own a smartphone for daily reporting and photo documentation.
• Must work independently and responsibly.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Open-bed pickup truck.

Compensation:

• Your pay is based on the complex’s rate (you're not paid hourly but is equivalent)
• Payments are made weekly via direct deposit.
